Description:  An automated on-line system for CtP waste management, pH neutralization and compliant discharge of Agfa LithoStar waste chemistry

Application:  For the treatment of waste generated from any Metal Silver Halide plate processing, including Agfa LithoStar and Heidleberg.  Waste chemistry is neutralized and metered first through our MIX5000 recovery column for removal of metallic silver and finally through our MIX2000EC recovery column for removal of ionic silver.

Description:  CtP pH Processor Effluent Neutralization System and silver recovery column; includes one 20-Liter container of neutralization solution

Application:  For the treatment of waste generated from Mitsubishi and/or any SilverMaster – Polyester silver halide plates and the chemistry associated with the processing of these plates.  This system will adjust the pH of the activator and stabilizer to a neutral range and meter this now neutral chemistry through a Metafix MIX2000EC exchanger for desilvering and compliant discharge to drain
